Scope of data

The administrator processes only data necessary for order fulfillment: first and last name, email address and phone number, delivery address, billing information (if required), IP address.

Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: fulfillment of orders and sales contracts, payment processing, delivery and customer contact, fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations, handling complaints and returns.

Legal basis

The basis for data processing is: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – legal obligation, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interests of the Controller.

Data recipients

Data may only be transferred to entities providing services to the store, such as: courier companies (e.g., InPost, DPD, UPS), payment operators, accounting offices, and IT service providers.

Customer Rights

The customer has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
